Kirkfield Grassington

A stone faced timber frame 4 bedroom detached house completed in 2015 in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

This house is one of very few to be granted Planning Consent within the village in recent years.

The house incorporates a ground source heat pump combined with underfloor heating, solar panels for water heating, photo-voltaic panels for electricity generation and rainwater harvesting.
