70,000 ft² (6500 m²) of distribution warehouse with 10,000 ft² ancillary showroom and offices for furniture supplier Bentley Design on a site owned by Lothbury Property Trust.                                                                                         The project was designed with a castellated curved portal frame and incorporated 8 dock levellers together with 2 level loading doors on a 4 acre site.
