This project was undertaken when a Partner in a previous Practice, Farrell and Clark.

The buildings house 10,000 m² (108,000 ft²) of fully air conditioned manufacturing facilities for mobile phone base station manufacturing, 3000 m² (32,000 ft²) of staff recreation facilities, and 8000 m² (86,000 ft²) of offices.

 

The site was sold by our client to Nokia and we were commissioned by Nokia to prepare and submit a planning application. This was rapidly followed by construction drawings in packages for a construction management contract.

 

The £ 26,000,000 project was completed on time and on budget in 46 weeks.
